Billie Jo Downing has been a Realtor for 16 years. She is a native of the area and very active in the community. She has served as President of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors for two years and is currently the President Elect of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors. She serves on the Larimer County Foreclosure Prevention Task Force as Chairperson. She holds the honor of being the 2007 Realtor of the Year. She is very knowledgeable about the area, real estate and new construction. She has two children, Erin, 16, and Ciera, 13.

Kathy Scribner has been a Realtor for ten years in the northern Colorado area. She has served on the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors and the Loveland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
